Estrogain
One Of Scandinavia's Most Trusted Formulas
Estrogain is one of our oldest and most successful products that was designed with the intention of supporting woman who are going through difficulties during the menopause.
Estrogain has been at the top of its product category in Scandinavia for over 10 years with global sales over 250,000 units.
Many woman experience many difficult symptoms during menopause such as hot flushes, low energy and excessive sweating.
This happens when the balance of oestrogen in the body reduces and the symptoms of menopause begin.
Estrogain uses two different types of isoflavones made from red clover and soy. These isoflavones are what is known as phytoestrogens which means they are almost identical in molecular shape to oestrogen. Inside the body they fill the oestrogen receptors which makes the body think it is full of oestrogen and as a result they reduce the effects of lacking in oestrogen such as hot flushes and sweating.
Estrogain also uses a unique combination of vitamins and minerals such vitamin b6 which help to regulate the hormonal activity in the body.
Menopause
At the age of 35 a woman’s own production of oestrogen begins to diminish. This will result in irregular menstruations and frequent side effects like water retention in the body, weight gain and mood swings. As the years go by and the production of oestrogen further diminishes, the ailments will be stronger and also include frequent hot flushes (especially at night) and insomnia. In the end the production of oestrogen is so low that many women will have depressions, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and face the danger of developing osteoporosis.
Many would benefit from starting with an isoflavone supplement already in their thirties to prevent the worst side effects before they appear.
Osteoporosis
When the body’s own production of oestrogen diminishes in connection with menopause, the woman’s skeleton will over time be put to a higher break down.
Norway has the highest frequency in the world of broken bones and osteoporosis.
Every tenth Norwegian man and every third woman will suffer osteoporosis.
The isoflavone’s oestrogen like chemical structure and effect can contribute to a reduction in bone loss. Recent international research indicates that plant oestrogens really can contribute to a prevention and delay of this process.
Coronary diseases
There are many forms of coronary diseases, among others angina, arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, heart failure and arythmia. These diseases often develop for a long time before symptoms arise. There are also a number of risk factors, such as hereditary factors, sex, smoking, stress, overweight, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol contributing to the development of these diseases.
Recent research is increasingly focusing on diet. The total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol should not exceed respectively 5,0 mmol/l and 3,0 mmol/l. HDL should be as high as possible, 0,9 mmol/l or more. It is also important to look at the relationship between LDL and HDL. It should be below 5:1 and preferably around 3,5:1.
The ability of the isoflavones to reduce the risk of coronary diseases is now under intense scrutiny. Several clinical studies have been made with supplements of isoflavones. These show that the presence of LDL-cholesterol (the dangerous cholesterol) will markedly go down without any negative effect on HDL-cholesterol (the good cholesterol). Some studies also show that the HDL-cholesterol to some degree can be positively effected by these supplements.
The study also shows that the elasticity of blood vessels is improved, that arteriosclerosis can be prevented and that the isoflavones are strong antioxidants protecting the cells from oxidizing. As the isoflavones are strong antioxidants it is assumed that they play a role in preventing oxidizing of the LDL-cholesterol so that the relationship betweeen LDL and HDL is improved. It has also been shown that isoflavones lower the blood pressure.
Diabetes II
A Danish study shows that a supplement of isoflavones gives a statistically significant reduction in the LDL-cholesterol (the dangerous cholesterol) in persons with Diabetes II, - good news for these people because they have a higher risk of developing coronary diseases.
Prostate problems
Go once, go twice, go three times to the toilet every night. Is that an unavoidable feature of growing older? A look at the statistics shows that it is so. At the age of 50, 1/3 have an enlarged prostate and at 60 the number is 50%. In Asia on the other hand, most men can enjoy a normal prostate throughout their lives! Important scientific studies published in the British Journal of Urology, The Lancet and the Medical Journal of Australia show a clear correlation between diet and prostate problems. A supplement of isoflavone rich food or in the form of a dietary supplement such as Estrogain TM can contribute to a better functioning prostate.

Estrogain TM
How to make sure you get the best source of natural plant oestrogens and isoflavones.
Most current dietary supplements are based on one source of isoflavones - the soya bean. Even though the soya bean contains large amounts of isoflavones it only has 3 of the most important ones. Some supplements are prepared in such a way that they in fact contain only 1 or 2 of these isoflavones. The very best source of plant oestrogens found in nature is red clover. The red clover in fact contains both bigger amounts (over 10 times more) and several more isoflavones than the soya bean. Red clover contains most of the important isoflavones; genistein, biochanin A and B, daidzein, formononetin and glycetein.
- A powerful supplement of plant oestrogens
Estrogain TM contains our own developed mixture of standardized extracts, PSC408TM from red clover, soya and Japanese knotweed. This unique combination gives the total of 45 mg isoflavones and 1 mg of trans-resveratrol in each tablet. Trans-resveratrol has the unique ability to combine with the isoflavones from red clover and soya to increase oestrogen metabolism. This takes place because the isoflavones will bind more effectively to the oestrogen receptors of the cells thereby strengthening the oestrogen activity in the body. The active ingredient trans-resveratrol in the extract Protykin ® has also shown itself to be 400 times more potent than isoflavones from soya and contains 1000 times more natural resveratrol than what is found in products from wine and grapes.
With only one Estrogain TM tablet you are ensured an ample amount of all the 5 essential (and many more) isoflavones and the important ingredient Trans-Resveratrol needed on a daily basis.
The active ingredients in Estrogain TM are also prosessed in such a way that the isoflavones appear in the same way in the tablet as they do in the plants they came from. This also means that other healthy elements are conserved and are there in the tablet: Proteins (amino acids), essential fatty acids, oligosaccharides (favourable for the intestinal symbiosis, lower the blood pressure, increase reception of plant chemicals such as isoflavones), fibre, vitamin E, saponines (anti-carcinogary effect, reduce cholesterol), phytostereols (reduce cholesterol), lecithin and isositol-6-phosphate, IP-6 (reduce cholesterol, anti-carcinogary effect).
Estrogain is in other words not only an excellent source of isoflavones, but also of other important ingredients contributing to the reduction of many risk factors and is generally good for your health.
The tablets are standardized to give the same amount of active ingredients every time you take a tablet.
